Join us for an online event on Wed Sep 20, 2023 at 10:00 AM BST to explore the intersection of climate change and human rights. This event is specifically designed for the Third Sector, including national intermediaries, support services, and community organisations.
During this event, we will delve into the various ways in which climate change impacts on human rights and equalities, particularly in marginalised communities. We’ll discuss the challenges faced by the Third Sector in addressing these issues and explore innovative solutions and best practices.
We will hear from guest speakers from the Environmental Rights Centre Scotland, CEMVO and more. This will be followed on by workshop sessions to get you thinking practically about where you and your organisation sit in your climate change journey and how equalities and human rights integrate into approaches.
