Supporting Diversity on Boards: SYP’s Youth-Led Governance

This case study has been contributed by the Scottish Youth Parliament (SYP) and details their work in supporting youth-led governance.

SYP is the democratically elected voice representing 14-25 year olds in Scotland.  SYP is made up of over 160 elected members known as MSYPs (Members of the Scottish Youth Parliament) and operates a youth-led governance structure with a board entirely made up of MSYPs.
