Service design is about making services that meet the needs of their target audiences; good service design makes sure to accommodate a range of perspectives and life experiences. So, the principles of good service design and the human rights and equalities first approach come hand in hand.
Our service design resources can support third sector organisations to embed a Human Rights and Equalities First approach into their service design and delivery.
